Repair Policy
Maks Benchworks provides repair and refurbishment services for electronics and mechanical equipment where feasible.
Diagnostic Evaluation
All repair work begins with diagnostic evaluation to determine the cause of failure.
Diagnostic evaluation may incur a diagnostic fee depending on the nature of the equipment and complexity of the issue.
Repair Authorization
Repairs that require additional parts or labor beyond basic diagnostics may require customer authorization before proceeding.
If authorization is required, the customer will be notified prior to repair work continuing.
Repair Outcomes
While every effort is made to restore equipment to full functionality, not all devices can be successfully repaired.
Some equipment may be deemed uneconomical or impractical to repair due to component failure, parts availability, or damage.
Diagnostic fees may still apply even if repair is not possible.
Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment not claimed within 90 days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned equipment may become the property of Maks Benchworks in accordance with applicable Texas law.
