HA-2405
The HA-2400/2404/2405 is a four-channel programmable operational amplifier designed for flexible analog signal processing applications. The device integrates four input amplifier channels with digital selection logic, allowing one of the channels to be electronically selected and routed to a common output amplifier. This architecture enables programmable gain and signal selection using TTL/DTL-compatible digital control inputs.
The amplifier provides high performance with a typical slew rate of 30 V/µs, gain-bandwidth product up to 40 MHz, and large signal voltage gain of approximately 150 kV/V, making it suitable for high-speed analog signal conditioning and multiplexed amplifier systems. Input offset current is typically 5 nA, and the device features high input impedance (~30 MΩ) for minimal signal loading.
Each channel may be used with external feedback networks to configure a variety of amplifier functions such as gain control, filtering, oscillation, or signal selection. The internal decoder allows channel selection through digital control lines, simplifying the design of programmable analog subsystems without requiring separate multiplexers and amplifiers.
Typical applications include signal multiplexing, programmable gain amplification, oscillator control, active filtering, integrator circuits, data acquisition systems, and other precision analog processing functions.
The devices operate from dual power supplies (typically ±15 V) and are available in multiple package types including ceramic and plastic dual-in-line packages and metal can formats for various reliability and environmental requirements.
