The General Electric (GE) H11J3 is an obsolete, 6-pin DIP optocoupler (opto-isolator) designed for applications requiring electrical isolation. It features a Gallium Arsenide infrared-emitting diode and a light-activated silicon bilateral switch (sometimes referred to as a bidirectional thyristor or TRIAC output).
